The estate of the Late Mackay Kalula Mukasa
He was also known by the local people as the mayor of Mukono due to his background and wealth. After his death there  were alot of abnormalities; people grabbing his land in conjunction with some of the girls who used to stay at his home and rumors have it that the Mukono Land office is involved in faking these land titles.

According to the family and Mackay himself, he had no children, leaving his estate in the family's hands and with no credible testable available. All people around him in his last days are claimed to have been after gaining something. That also points out his death in a suspicious manner.

Against ganda tradition and culture after the death of Mackay, a close relative who was not in the best of terms with the deceased, came with the testament claiming that he was chosen by the deceased to succeed him. Family elders argued against it and it ended up in court, where the administrators of Ham Mukasa Family won. The question about the heir is soon to be discussed.

The wrangles continued when others came up claiming that they were children of the deceased. The family administrators said DNA tests had to be taken and if its proved true, then they will have the right over the estate of the deceased. The individuals concerned welcomed the decision and they pressed for the DNA to take place as soon as possible. For those who read Bukedde, the day was set for the tests and the scientists concerned were invited to be present . When they were done digging out the body of the deceased, the LC (area local council), the police, members of the family and the children in question where invited but never turned up. Surprisingly after the bone needed for the DNA analysis was taken out, all the children in question were no where to be found.
