Hamu Mukasa Foundation

Ham Mukasa Foundation was established in 1996 by the Late Mrs Rebecca Muliira ( first born in the second marriage), Mrs. Harriet Kawalya Kagwa (a grand daughter of Ham Mukasa), and the late James Hanington Kaweera Mukasa.

Its aims and objective was to gather all the ancestors in The Ham Mukasa heritage, sympathizers and friends to know each other, keep the history, work together in events and any other ceremony it may be. It so happened that whenever someone was dead, a number of people could attend in hundreds and right after never to be seen until something happens again. The believe of meeting not only in sorrow but also in happiness. Now HMF want to keep records and contacts to all persons for easy access and communication. This will enable the foundation to carry out administrational works, work on the development of Ham Mukasa Foundation and so on, with all the neccesary knowledge and conributions.

The Ham Mukasa Foundation (HMF) has a get together family meeting every last week of the month at the late Ham Mukasa's home at Nasuti - Mukasa at Kwata mpoloa house. All people are welcome and even scholars who of late have had a difficult to get the necessary information and contacts can now access the family through this web. An upgraded website will be soon out in a few months.
